Kinematical Constraints of He Licity Amplitudes
The kinematical constraints of helicity amplitudes are studied using the general ideas of Jackson and Hite. The helicity amplitudes are expressed in terms of a Taylor ser ies expansion from which all constraints at threshold and pseudothreshold can be tr ivial ly found. The simplicity of this approach is i l lustrated by deriving all of the constraints for 7rp --* N~ and ~rp --* AN.
متن کاملTrajectory optimization under kinematical constraints for moving target search
Various recent events in the Mediterranean sea have shown the enormous importance of maritime search-and-rescue missions. By reducing the time to find floating victims, the number of casualties can be reduced. A major improvement can be achieved by employing unmanned aerial systems for autonomous search missions. In this context, the need for efficient search trajectory planning methods arises....
متن کاملKinematical Covariance and Dynamical
We consider a net of algebras, kinematically covariant under general diieomor-phisms. A physical state induces dynamical relations, encoded by an associated net of ideals, annihilated by this state. Hence the related net of observables is in general not covariant under the full kinematical group of diieomorphisms, but only under its subgroup of dynamical symmetries. We comment on the implicatio...
متن کاملLie Algebroids and Mechanics
We give a formulation of certain types of mechanical systems using the structure of groupoid of the tangent and cotangent bundles to the connguration manifold M; the set of units is the zero section identiied with the manifold M. We study the Legendre transformation on Lie algebroids. The purpose of this paper is not to prove new results but to investigate certain elementary tools utilized in A...
متن کاملThe Pomeron in the weak and strong coupling limits and kinematical constraints
We show that a resummation model for the evolution kernel at small x creates a bridge between the weak and strong couplings. The resummation model embodies DGLAP and BFKL anomalous dimensions at leading logarithmic orders, as well as a kinematical constraint on the real emission part of the kernel. In the case of pure gluodynamics the strong coupling limit of the Pomeron intercept is consistent...
